Our benefit package is available to all full time (32 or more hours per week) employees upon completion of 90 days full time work. For the 2008 benefit year the following are available:

Although the cost of benefits has continued to increase dramatically over the last several years, STEP is committed to providing the best package at the lowest cost possible for employees. As a result of STEP’s commitment, it is currently possible for an employee to have medical, dental, vision and life coverage for less than $20.00 per month.
