Wildly Important Goal
S.T.E.P.'s Wildly Important Goal is to meet or exceed all regulations and principles.
What is a Wildly Important Goal (WIG)?
“A wildly important goal carries serious consequences. Failure to achieve this goal renders other achievements relatively inconsequential.” -Stephen Covey
If STEP Does not meet or exceed all regulations and principles, nothing else really matters.
Each unit within STEP has created scorecards to assist them in achieving the WIG. Why have scorecards? Because people play differently when they keep score.
